This dress is designed with a sweetheart neckline and features self-tie straps and a three-tier flowy skirt. It is complete with a piping detail that frames the bodice, a smocked back for comfort, and an invisible zipper at the center back.

ONLINE return policy : 14 days store credit only. To request a store credit please email info@shoppell1990.com. Once we review your request, we will email you your return label for the item to be sent back. Once we receive the item we will issue you your store credit via e-gift card.
